Returns & Store Credit Policy

SoCal Pet Nation has a NO Refund Policy.

 

We offer store credit only.

All items must be UNWASHED, UNWORN, and UNDAMAGED. In order to receive store credit you must submit request within 14 days from order fulfillment date. If 14 days have passed since your order fulfillment date you will not be offered store credit.

SoCal Pet Nation will offer you store credit (valued at the original price) you paid for your item(s) if unsatisfied with the order.

We will notify you once we’ve received your request. If approved, you’ll be sent a pre-paid shipping label. Once we receive the shipment physically, you will be credited your store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for store credit to be issued.
